    Ive checked travel spools, merge divider, could it be filters apparently in banjo fittings & ought i swap pilot valve lines to another function and retest? WILL post more info tomorrow. thanks, working on a reseal job of control valve assy on a pc200lc-8 and then the 300 came in :(

    thanks for the replies guys, i now know that urethane doesnt melt THANKS!! it def is some nasty sticky stuff. i ended up sharpening a putty knife and getting the frame out with some patience luckily didnt break or chip anything and it should be easy enough for two people to to pop back in...

    Bobcat s175 lift problem

    start simple, make sure your belt is adjusted right, any slack in the hydro drive belt will cause that, mine would work fine until i lifted something a little heavy or pushed into a pile, the motor wouldnt bog but hydraulics would slow down, turned out to be the belt

    thanks, i wish it were an electric shutoff selonoid, its a throttle lever that once you put all the way down starves and shuts the motor off seems as though a governor spring broke, it would not allow the control arm to open and allow fuel into the injection pumps im now in the nightmare...

    thanks again, just pulled it out of the shop tonight, welded buckets, new heater control cable, new control switch panel, new batteries, new cables, new fluids, new hoses to e-hoe & metal lines to there as well, new muffler & pipe, new horn button still cant figure out where my front headlight...

    this machine has been a nightmare the last few weeks pumps have been checked, no problems says injection inc. had them up there two times now i cant get them to prime, ive replaced all the fuel lines (about 3 months before this happened) new fuel filter, mechanical fuel pump works...

    Case 580K fanbelt change

    ive done it before too, just get all bolts out of the pump coupler and you can slide the belt in sideways down through there after you get it separated a little check your idler or your new belt wont last long, mine would grind down slowly because my idler was on its way out and slanting badly...

    thanks for the replies!! i ended up fixing it last week after pulling off the dash, realizing i had no power coming into the machine at all, and a tech at case said its always this cab harness connector, so i climbed under the machine, pulled it apart and, yeah, they all looked fine and shiny...

    thanks! its a later e (1989), my dad bought it new, so its never been tampered with, and never really had an electrical problem till now i hear a distinct "click" when i hook the jumper wire up to the one terminal of the ignition..and all the gauges come on with this click new ignition...

    i have my 580e, replaces the ground strap and cables not long ago, batteries were weak so i was jumping the one side, it cranked for about a second, didnt kick over and then letting off the key i heard a sizzle under the dash, now i have no power to gauges, or ignition switch, pulled the switch...
