When did Deere parts become nonsense?

My last and final deere experience was with an HPX diesel several years ago. The Gator tapped a tree coming up a hill in the snow and bent the tie rod socket but Deere didn’t sell just that part. Had to buy the entire rack n pinion. Another occasion, Replaced a front rotor/hub assembly and the...

Auction Takeuchi TL150 - Moves funny or not at all, pls help

McCall, I’m wondering if that filter sucking closed could be causing the whine that this tl150 has. Or a more likely suspect? I traced it to the gear pump with stethoscope. Is that filter inspected and serviced from underside of the machine? Thanks

Interesting so I’m assuming yours is working the way it’s supposed to work? So that light only comes on initially not the whole time? I wish I was more familiar with these Takeuchi’ s. So far I like everything about it (well except trying to change or battery or adjust the belt Lol).

TL150 engine preheat light glowing while running

Tha That’s a really thorough article on cold solder joints. It’s a bit dry and technical and I’m gonna finish over a couple sessions. Thanks for sharing that. Next week I’m gonna pop those relays out and reflow all the joints that look suspect. After reading that article I see there was a...

TL150 engine preheat light glowing while running

I do plan to reflow all the solder joints and do as you suggested with test light. That’s simple and effective. Not sure why I didn’t think of that while the cab was up. Spent a ton of time just cleaning debris out of machine and taking care of more pressing issues. Ran out of time and had to...

TL150 engine preheat light glowing while running

When the key is turned to left the preheat light doesn’t come on but the battery light blinks. Turn to right and machine starts ok. Not sure of the history of machine to compare how it used to start. Seems sluggish like battery’s low. By the time I turned around to check smoke in exhaust it’s...

    takeuchi tl140 not starting

HEYMCCALL, On the TL150 do these three relays have anything to do with the intake preheat circuit? When I turn the key left the preheat light doesn’t come on but after machine starts that light starts illuminating. As I’ve heard you suggest to others these big relays as trouble spots multiple...

Takeuchi TL 150/ CLT 80 Heater Air/ Glow Plug Issues

Just stumbled onto this thread because we’re having an issue with a TL150 with the preheat light illuminating right after the machine starts. Not familiar with the machine and just noticed it today and don’t want to make something worse. I read a number of your posts and have found them to be...
