    Where is the hardest Asphalt that you have milled?

    Material left behind

    sounds like you need to do a little welding to your cutter housing and edges of the door/moldboard. in my personal experience the wear is from running with the rear of the machine crooked or cocked to one side or the other. i'd like to see a couple close ups of the door, housing and endslides.

    Sandvik Holders

    Anybody else demoing these? I've got 50 hours on mine with two direct manhole hits and I'll have to say I've got a pretty good feeling about them. That being said, I had a good feeling about the schibecki tooling and that ended up being a complete POS. Thoughts?

    it kind of seemed like a wirtgen knock off from the limited once over i gave it.

    Set down

    I usually level it up but leave the drum off the ground. 1. it makes checking fluid levels accurate. 2. if the drums touching the ground in the morning/night you know you have a bad lock valve/cylinder. 3. it just looks better.
