    BTW reading from above i´m absolutly sure u´ll never be able to turn fuel up in that pump by yourself, so adding a turbo to the engine will not add power unless fuel is turned up. the best way is the Bosch VE pump. Just find a VE pump from a Cummins 4BT turbo or not matter litle, pretty sure...
