As per post 45, u guys should check, intake system before moving along.... that is hardly related to lack of fuel. My bet is , an obstruction somewhere in the intake. i´ve had a similar problem, a rubber boot got stuck in the intake and obstructed engine breeding. Just noticed it after a helth... -

Why can't dozers have grader guide wheels.
As mentioned above ... there are some tricks... Back in the day at least in my planet if one wanted to succed as contruction operator one got to master the big 3... Dozer , Excavator, Loaders either wheled or track. Pro´s were also able to operate motorgraders... (thats another keen) Let me... -

From the pics it looks like the bushing bed is distorted... if that is the case u´re really unlucky, anyway a new pin and bushing in a fixed C frame will last long time if not abused. in case the bushing fits too loose , let us know and we find u a fild repair to avoid line welding and boring of... -

My opinion… To get a decent fix it’s necessary to rebuild both the main frame holes and the C frame. If I remember correct that pin is solidary to the C frame . The joint that moves shall be repaired round and a hard bushing installed, and a surfaced hardened new pin. To me it looks the... -

U´re talking about the pump snout, on the pump input shaft? Its obvious, something is not lined up properly... wich is weird , really strange. Was the pump removed, or any work done on the TC housing before 1st shaft broke, is there any evidence pump chew some debris? What type of transmission... -

Thats bull **** and thick... Lucas CAV , DPA pump has no fuel screw ... its some plates that limit injection stroke, its deep inside the pump core, most outfits the window to get access is not visible , cause is on the wrong side of pump. almost always have to remove pump. and if this is not... -

BTW reading from above i´m absolutly sure u´ll never be able to turn fuel up in that pump by yourself, so adding a turbo to the engine will not add power unless fuel is turned up. the best way is the Bosch VE pump. Just find a VE pump from a Cummins 4BT turbo or not matter litle, pretty sure...
