    Yes I tend to put the pins in, but the crane sits on a concrete slab next the water to lift boats in and out and stays set up with no need to move it. Most of the other work it does is on rubber.     Ya linseed oil is great and your crane mat isn't going to go up in flames no matter what you use. I'd use exteriour grade fur plywood epoxy them together with a layer of fiberglass mat in between and epoxy the edges and paint them.....but then I own a boat yard and buy epoxy by the gallons and...

    I think my RT-59S is basically the same as your machine but de-rated to 15 tons. You should have both a hydraulic and a mechanical swing brake. There should be a lock for the house when centered over the front. Gerry

    could have the machine shop worn cut the worn end off adapter and turn it end for end, there is still plenty of good spline down in there, also my pump outlets are out the rear but I think a side outlet pump would fit with some street elbows...but that is plan B....

    Splines just wore out, got a call into my grove dealer, the pump is a EATON 26012-LAE, but I need that drive as well, 5/8 X 9 spline to 1-1/4 X 14 spline.
