    Yes your pointing out right parts.we replaced the regulator closest the engine on mine and the machine came to life.there are many many regulators to suit that pump im no expert ive just had to deal with it

    Heres my old 9030 was a great machine,it had 7500hrs on it when it caught fire.(pin hole in lift hoses near a fire) the C is a comfortable machine

    Hi all im looking to buy a rayco c 100,its fairly well maintained but has 5000hrs,Has recent new track chains and sprockets. Anyone had much to do with these machines. I know rayco parts will be crazy $$$

    Mine ended up being the proportional valve was faulty Was hard to diagnose at first as the pilot pump was also faulty. Had a tech guy do some adjustments as "Travelling tech" suggested and its going great now.

    *UPDATE* Had a new injection pump supplied by dealer brought machine off. Fitted pump and checked fuel pressure and it made no difference at all.. If you hold the left control hard forward reaching out it stalls the engine.
