    I would clean the fuel system lines from the injection pump back to the tank. A little compressed air goes a long way and make sure all your hydraulic filters and pick-up screens are clean and clear.

    The pad should be 10 foot wider than the house on all sides. Make sure your footings hit natural soil or what you have filled is compacted. Code here would require a soils test.

    Are the brake bands engaging? It should turn slightly with the clutches released, it will not lock a track up or make sharp turns if the brake bands are not engaging.
