    porta is rated for 10 ton. its down now having a new rod made for the turn cylinder. got it sprayed and leave sit for a few days. just dont want to bust the bottom housing with to much force. put a hydro jack under the lower and then put porta power in between.

    yes i took the keeper pin out. and i can see movement in top! but that thing is frozen in the swing housing. solid. as tight as elephant in a VW.

    that looks like it. ya i put a jack under it to take the pressure off. the 69 industrial ford 4500 looks like that.

    mine is a round a 1969 4500 that looks to be a 555 or something. the pins are some what different.

    trying to remove the upper pivot pin! seems to be frozen. they go up or are they tapered and go down word. first time i have tried removing it the top has slop but seems to be frozen in the swing housing. used my portable power hydraulic and tried to push it out. thxs
