    Takeuchi TL130 Replacing the Hydraulic Suction Strainer - in the tank filter

    That oil will shoot out right away, unless you also disassemble the charge filter ( mounted to the wall on the left side underneath the seat) - in that case I would disable the fuel, and crank the engine until the oil will show up at the rear pumps case drain port - shown on the picture.

    That could be timer relay or a diode. But on the other hand if you can hear relay click several times - you might have intermittent connection problems.

    Any pressure? Maybe overflow valve is stuck open. On those Isuzus they put them on the fuel filter return fittings sometimes.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to do drive calibration on JCB 205 T4 without the Service Master? Customer bought used, drive is super jerky, he had only 30 days warranty from dealer, the mode button didn’t work on keypad - so dealer replaced the keypad. Which didn’t really fix the issue...

    Thanks! I also do work on screw compressors sometimes. Ungrateful job though - dumb operators keep bypassing safeties and burning them down, instead of fixing the leaks and cleaning the coolers.

    Although that park switch don’t have “half momentary” function - it’s just a three position switch. Maybe that machine is not supposed to have latching relay. Or switch is old, crusty and not operational.

    Thanks! Now I have bigger problems. Machine won’t move. I mechanically released the park brake - it tries to move but too weak. Probably weak connection somewhere. Can you tell me where’s the park brake latching relay is? Is that’s a one mounted to the front of the fender below the control...
