    Our machine is actually a 272D Serial#: BL201241, 2021 mfg date I don't have an image of the message on the monitor but looks exactly like the images posted by emostock when this forum/chat was started (exactly the same screen/ faults)

    2007 JLG Boom Lift Platform only rotates one direction

    On the bottom side of the valve body there are two restrictors (PN: 4641282) where your hoses connect to it. [they look like a simple adaptors JIC fitting to Boss] we found one completely collapsed and the other partially. I would replace those; doing this fixed our issue. Hope that helps!
