    Leaking Fuel return line

Static voltage on a 12V wet battery is 12.6 volts since each cell has 2.1 volts, 2.1 x 6 (cells) = 12.6. And that may vary depending on battery condition, but is not a finite indicator of battery condition. Load is better indicator of condition as you can have a battery, and Gagu has done a sort...

    Leaking Fuel return line

Fortunately, on that machine the alternator is external and on the door side of the engine, easy to get to. Make sure you have battery power on the battery terminal of the alternator, then with engine running you should see a voltage signal on the exciter wire going to the alternator. If you...

    Komatsu dozer paint

You can get the paint from your Komatsu dealer, both liquid and rattle can. Yes, it's not necessarily cheap, but no paint is cheap now days.

    Komatsu bucket tooth

Yes, H&L/Romac is very common, and maybe a good source for this instance, and I would have no worries with them if they can deliver. Only saying, sources seem limited. If it's just a one time replace that will work for the next 10 years, and Romac can deliver, then by all means go for it. But if...

    Komatsu bucket tooth

Yes, and all of those are foreign sources, which makes me think it's either an obsolete or weird tooth. I think I'd be replacing my adapters to a more common tooth. Yes, it's work, but it's one and done work.

    Komatsu bucket tooth

If you're not finding a source for those teeth then it's likely it's either an obsolete tooth or a not very common tooth. Might be time to consider changing the tooth adapters to a more common tooth.

    Leaking Fuel return line

Pretty common for Deutz engines of that age. That's a metric fuel hose, you really need to obtain a foot or two of that hose from a Deutz distributor and replace those return lines. After all, if that piece is aged and leaking, the others aren't far behind.

    Mystry fuel line fitting thread

Like I said, those fittings have been used by many manufacturers for years, they work fine, no sense changing to different fittings and lines, just get new seals and you're all fixed up.

    Mystry fuel line fitting thread

I don't know what it's called, but that fuel line fitting is old as machinery itself, used for years by many manufacturers and still used by Deere. Any Deere dealer can provide the lathe cut seal for those fittings.

Bobcat 753 - Pulled engine, fixing leaks and fan drive.

Yep, when that belt goes zip the machine goes dead. Could be a problem with the belt tensioner, that belt has to be tight. There's a pointer that indicates when it's at proper tension, but time and vibration will make that pointer plate go south thereby not giving proper indication, might look...

    Final Drive Allens

My guess whacking it with hammer, works every time I try it on plugs like that. That's the first thing I do before I even stick a hex key in the hole.

    310 SJ Stabilizer Cylinder Re-Seal

Haven't seen a unitized piston before myself, new to me. The Teflon seal with rubber loader is pretty common, as is the non-metallic bearings, but the bearings are typically split to allow installation. I don't know if typical teflon seal and split non-metallic bearings can be used, Deere may...

    310 SJ Stabilizer Cylinder Re-Seal

Never done one myself, but I found a piston on ebay using the part number you posted, looks like a typical piston seals with either a square cut ring or o-ring loader under the seal, doesn't look unusual. Have you tried Deere? I've used Hercules Seals myself, but in some cases, maybe this one...

    Thermoplastic vs rubber hydraulic hose

Some may scoff at it, but thermoplastic hose is actually very good hose. Many if not most aerial lifts use it, especially bucket trucks that have insulated booms that use non-conductive thermo hose. We have a very old 60 ft Genie lift with over 8000 hrs and still has some of the original thermo...

    Bobcat T190

I don't have a manual for a T190, just speaking from experience. The main controller (computer) controls pretty much everything electric on that machine. When you have the lap bar down and push the Press to Operate button, the microprocessor in the left cab panel sends an input to the main...

    Bobcat T190

Probably not. It's likely the main controller will see a fault with the BICS lock solenoid for that reason not allow the spool lock solenoids to release. Those are simple sophisticated machines, one could go through all the trouble of trying to "by-pass" the main controller when actually, it's...

    Bobcat T190

17-06 is BICS lock solenoid short to ground. As ozarkag suggested, disconnect BICS lock solenoid and see if you get 17-07 lock solenoid open circuit. 4410 power comes from the main controller (ECU), if there's a problem on that circuit it will drop power to it and sound an alert

    Dayton or Budd Wheels

Exactly. That's what I meant when I replied "how often does one have to remove wheels, not that often", concerning an owner/operator. However, if you have to work on them every day, as a wrench bender, then there's no debate.
