Which tread pattern for Bobcat t650?

McClaren makes a good product. Had the set of solid air cushion tires on an 863 years ago. Good folks to deal with at the time as well.

    New guy no clue

The EL models came about when Kommie came to the scene with a hydraulic excavator far more advanced had what Cat had on the market. Instead of pouring time into R+D they went to Mitsubishi. Never ran an EL so no comment. However the later model Catabishi excavators I've owned over the years...

Diverted to ATL? That's a 4+ hour direct flight "diversion". They must've stuck them in a warehouse for them to die. My grandfather raised bees in Alabama for over 30 years. What a shame.

Solar battery tender or trickle charger recommendations?

We have a small solar panel bought from china freight that charges a lawnmower battery which runs our base station. Base station doesn't need a lot of juice but works very well and eliminates having to charge the small batteries. This base station will tear through those.

Pulling an 8,500 pound Sany 35u with Silverado 1500

Welcome to the Forums boyd! Glad to have you. BTW - It is not OK to tow an 8,500 lb machine behind a 1/2 ton. Not enough truck for the machine + trailer weight.

    Gooseneck vs Pintle Hitch

Looks like the ramps have hydraulic cylinders similar to my tag. We retrofitted them and added a electric pump with battery hooked to a hot wire on the pig tail. Nice looking rig OP! Should serve you well and you can move heavier equipment than that Gehl to boot.

What equipment is better to work with and where do they pay more?

Indoor batting cages - parents will mortgage the house for batting lessons.

    299D No regen

I didn't know 272D's had DEF. We have 2 - 279D's that neither one use DEF. It's the reason I run with that size. Big enough for us without the DEF problems. We have dozers and a loader for earthmoving.

    299D No regen

Correct. What's the warranty on the DPF swap? Seems for $3k more I would have a new engine.

    D5g want speed issues

Welcome to the Forums T001! Glad to have you. Can't really add anything of value other than owning a D5G I bought new back in 2004 to now where it currently sits on a trailer needing to go to Thompson for calibrating. Over the years we've had several problems with voltage causing all sorts...
