    I would like to know more about the setup to replace points. I am riging up a 4cyl car engine for my skid steer that was fuel injected . I have built a intake to use a updraft carb and was goimg to make the lobe to run points in its dist. Thanks Doug

    I have bought kits from the Brillman Company, in Virginia. You need to know the polarity of the original system(+ or- ground), and the voltage(6 or 12 volt). You will also need a coil with 3 ohms resistance, IIRR. As far as the install goes, you remove the P&C, then install a rotor pickup unit, attach wires to coil. All the instructions come with the kit.
