Let's change the terminology a little. The electric part is not the problem. Electric trucks could work fine. The battery is the problem. If it had an overhead catenary wire it could work fine. Of course with a load like that, it might be hard to get clearance.
Lets see a battery truck pull that off in the dead of winter.

A controlled over weight load, 1,640,000lb.

I'm not sure I understand how weight is transferred equally to all axles, maybe air suspension?
We see giant transformers on US Route 7. They are a series of semi trailers with huge frames to pass the weight to mid point of each. I'll have to count next time, 16 axles if I remember. Those of course are small compared to this load.

Well this is not one I saw in person but it's a screen grab of a Youtube post by a person riding around Southern Africa by motorcycle, This one was just out side the capital of Zimbabwe.

One of those times you would be glad you had that second cup of coffee before heading out in the morning. No side racks with bags stacked high.

Another view, looks like the load was held on with four ratchet straps!

WWW.
Surprised that the looters aren't swarming over it already.

Well it happens right here in the states too-

1988 Grant county side of Vantage bridge semi rolled on the curve. Beer every where, people stopping and packing off case after case.
1989 mp 4 I-82 semi crashed with several other vehicles-full load of cigarettes. Everybody was packing them off including law enforcement
and emt's and dot. FBI showed up made everyone put all cigs back. Each pack was unstamped and federal tax was unpaid. It was fun
watching the men in blue get caught looting.

I couldn't care if it were Glenlivet, ain't mine didn't pay for it. Besides I haven't drank for 13 years, waste of time. IMO
You sound like my father: "If it don't belong to you, LEAVE IT ALONE!

I've always followed that advice......with a few exceptions.
Excavator left early on a home renovation job, left too much dirt on the uphill side of a million dollar house. A big thunder storm hit, water was running in a cellar window. I used the excavator to divert the water.

Same business owner (excavator), different job, we arrived to pull cable, no operator. I used excavator to bury the end of the conduit.

Cell phones don't much work where I work.
