Wasn't exactly an overload... Buddy forgot to tighten lug nuts on his horse trailer. He figured something was amiss when his two driver side wheels of the tandem passed him on the highway. He left his mark on the highway as he pulled to the shoulder. I had my trailer to take his horses & wife back home. As CM1995 experienced, drivers won't give an inch or slow down. I called the state highway patrol to help. Troopers parked his car with flashers in the right lane to give us some space to off load & transfer the animals. I figured calling the HP before unloading was prudent because they were gonna get called anyway if we lost control. Trooper agreed and was most helpful.

I sure hope all the horses were alright.
They weren't draft horses, a fellow here had an old rusted out trailer. He had a contract with a ski area for off season horse rides. Hauling 30 miles, he had a failure of the floor framing. 2 or three, I can't remember, fell through enough they had to be shot. The suffering of those animals being dragged, who knows how far before anyone noticed drives me crazy!

I don't really care for horses, but still a animal relying on the owners care, that's really sad and sick at the same time. I hope someone took it upon
themselves to kick that man's a$$.

The tires don't look flexed at all. And there is at least one strap through the operators station holding it to the trailer. Real Sketchy..

When your backhoe is larger then the trailer you're trying to tow it on you may be a redneck lol.

At least they broke two new straps out for the project though.

I like how they take a perfectly good wall and destroy it with a AC through it instead getting a ductless mini split or at least putting it in the window in the house.

No offence-but calling that a operator station? That rather unique cab/umbrella or whatever one would call it and using a
popular term for describing it{ It's Soooo Bad A$$} the whole place is scrap iron.
Granted, I was being a little generous with my description, but you did know where to look... I'll definitely agree that that place needs to go into a scrap yard.
