86 1080b inframe?

Was curious guys. I'm thinking on buying a case 1080b with 8k hours. The only problem is the motor is blown. Can you inflame these motors?

The house frame rails in most excavators sit too close to the engine oil pans to allow removal of the pan. The Sumitomo product was the only excavator line that I worked on where the oil pan could be removed. In general, it was always easier in the long run to just pull the engine and work on it at ground level.

All kinds of room on a 1080B. It has a 504 so it'll be pretty easy. Only snag you might run into will be cracked counterbores.....
