Help me replace and upgrade my CAT 279C

I'm ready to upgrade from my 2009 CAT 279C, with 5000 hours. Used machinery prices are pretty high right now so I have it on the market and when sold, I'll be looking for something a little more powerful, comfortable and of course, reliable. The 279C has been relatively good to me, but is tired and I'm sick of all the electrical gremlins (which I finally seem to have conquered).

I'm a homeowner on 50 acres so I do a lot of grading, moving piles of fill and stumps, loading and moving pallets, backfilling, etc. Looking for a pre-emissions machine (preferably), with an enclosed cab, heat (A/C would be a bonus), and pilot controls.

I'm looking at:
Kubota SVL90
CAT 289D
Takeuchi TL10
Bobcat T770?

Anything else I should entertain? CAT and Kubota dealerships are very close, as is a Bobcat one. I really like the roll up doors on the Kubota and Takeuchi as I got trapped once in my CAT when it when windshield-first into a stump a tree stump I was pushing over and had to kick out the rear glass to get out. Looking for something newer than 2012 and with less than 3000 hours.
Anyway, that is my wish list. Looking forward to hearing all of your thoughts.

Lots of recent discussions re. one brand vs. the other. Just take the time to search the forum. At the end of the day, they all seem to have their issues... Some of it will prob. be determined by the type of controls you're used to running. I still think the Kubota is one of the better ones unless you need the AC a lot. Could consider a later model CASE as well.
In any case, buying a CTL with around 3K hrs. is a gamble. I would never touch one unless it was a screaming deal and service records would be a must.

@rust buster Now that a month has passed, what has transpired in your CTL upgrade quest? I've spent about 30 hrs in my 279C2, and can't really see what would be better... well maybe a backup camera.

Well if you think you have the problems all worked out of your current machine and are look to buy another used one you may really want to just keep what you have. The new to you next one may very well be a bigger pile of problems then you already had to deal with. I also have a 279c with 5000 plus hours its not going anywhere soon its all fixed would like to give it a nice paint job one of these days. It also has steel tracks on it so I maybe alittle bias to it to.

I actually sold the 279C fairly quickly and made out pretty well. I'm taking my time on the replacement. I've pretty much narrowed it down to a Bobcat T770, Cat289D, Tak TL10, and a Kubota SVL-90. The 279C did pretty much everything I wanted it to do, but I pushed it beyond its limits many times so I am looking for something with a bit more lifting capacity and lower hours, as the 279C I had was very loose and worn out. I also HATED where the battery was located on that machine....
The market right now is definitely a sellers market so there are not many great deals out there. Hoping as the fall comes that maybe more pop up for sale. I have to check the specs, but how does the 279D compare to the 279C for lifting capacity? I know it has less HP, but that doesn't mean much.
