Pc360-10 swing circle

Had some slop in swing circle bearing , replaced it with a after market from con equip. Took out all the bolts from upper , took all hoses from swivel , plugged hoses , used boom to lift machine high enough for undercarriage to clear, took sun gear from planetary , pulled lower out from underneath , set up down on tracks till ready for reassemble , took all bolts out from lower , lifted swing circle , removed studs , cleaned all grease from center Donut , new center gasket , rebuilt swivel , put new back on and reverse order . Bolts are the hardest part .

Oem is 16k after market is under 10k and is very high quality . 10k hrs

But seal was hanging out when I Baugh machine , and had it buried in dugouts a few times

They used to only last about 7K. It was also nice to see Komatsu finally put all the circle bolts going up so cab and fuel tank doesn't have to be removed.
