Nordberg C63 Jaw Liner Stuck

Greatings All.

I have a new to me nordberg C63 jaw crusher. the jaw liners are due for a rotation. However, one is stuck and we cant get it loose. All of the retainers have been removed and as much of the debris wedged in around the liner as possible. We have tried everything we can think of to get the liner to come loose including beating on it, pulling on it, pushing from the backside with 20 ton bottle jacks, crushing logs and rock with the retainers removed, etc.

Short of cutting the liner out (its got 50% life remaining), we are at a loss for what to do next.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance.

I don't know anything specifically about a nordberg jaw, but I've helped disassemble quite a few with my cranes. One really stuck one, they walked a excavator over with the rock hammer on it, and beat on it to knock it loose. But that was on a low trailer/stand mounted one, if your jaw is up in a tower or up on a high stand, that's not going to happen.

Thanks for the response. We do have a hydraulic demolition hammer and we can access the liner with it. we will definitely try this before cutting.
