ive got a 1992 d85p s/n 3439 and was wondering is there a steering clutch adjustment procedure or is it done with hydraulics, its not releasing clutch on the left side.

Used to run a 68P. Not sure if it's exactly the same, but we had to put a couple steering pumps on it. Maybe not your problem since it's only one side, but I'd check pressures anyway.

i thought that the clutch was spring applied oil pressure release, when i rip the rhs wont spin, im thinking possibly worn plates or spring? not 100% sure

when i go forward and apply the rhs lever it slightly steers to the right but brake doesnt seem to apply but when i go in reverse and apply rhs lever brake will apply fine
any thoughts
