i am looking for an older case skidloader just to use sparingly on the property to clean up brush, move a little gravel, snow in winter. looking around 4-5 k. what do you think i should look for, thanks

If you are talking about 4 to 5 thousand dollars, all you are going to get that is any good would be a 1737, 1740, 1825 or 1830. They still want 8 thousand for 1830's.

hands down, the best older case by a long shot is the 1845C. But they are in the 10k and up range for a decent one.

1845c is a good one for sure but my use is really light. wont be doing any digging except loose dirt. moving some trees that has fallen, spread a little gravel. etc. thanks
