A serial number would be a big help.

Are these active or stored codes? Clear the codes and run it to see which code/codes come back. To clear them, key on, press and hold the menu button until service mode pops up, then you will have the option to clear the codes.

EMU 2000.09 is "No ECU Data on CAN Bus"
EMU 2228.09 is "No HCU Data on CAN Bus
EMU 523694.12 is "Aux Hyd Channel 2 Input Device Fault"
EMU 920.05 is "Alarm Output Out of Range Low"
HCU 2201.09 is "Right Joystick CAN Data Abnormal Data Rate"

It is looking like you may have a CAN issue.

It cranks and runs fine for a little while and when its gets good and warm this starts happening. When the codes start popping back up it locks the hydraulics down. Yes i have a voltmeter and can use it.

I still need a serial number for getting accurate information on your particular machine.

When the problem occurs perform the following. Looking into the Diagnostic connector which is on the bottom of your left instrument panel, connect your ohmmeter (key off) to terminals C and D. You should have 60 ohms. Post results.

If you have 60 ohms, then key on and check the voltage on terminal C to ground and terminal D to ground. Post results (and include all 3 digits after the decimal).

Those numbers look good. At the battery, the positive cable has a small red wire that is going into the positive cable clamp. Give it a good tug. I bet it comes out. Even it it does not come out I would suggest cutting it and put a ring terminal on the wire and attach it to the positive clamp screw. Then run it to see if that resolves the issue. While your at it check that the grounds are in good shape and clean, especially the grounds at the starter.

Ok i used the ohm test and had 75.1 when i went c to d then i went c to ground and had 3.135 and d to ground is 0. Sometimes the c to ground is 0 also it bounces around really bad

C-D resistance measurement is suppose to be 60 ohms. If you have any continuity from C/D to ground then there is a short to ground somewhere in the CAN circuit. Try unplugging the controllers and monitor one at a time to see if the short to ground goes away. If it does not go away after unplugging all the controllers then the issue is in the wiring or termination resistors. If the issue goes away when one of the controllers are unplugged then you found your issue.

Also check your termination resistors. Each should be 120 ohms. One is located under the plastic below the right hand controller, the other is zip tied to the harness under the cab below the ECU.
