Hitachi 200-3 will not turn off or spin

I am new to the site but I bought a older 200-3 last year burn unit replaced cab lines computers and wire harness ran into the common full swash pump problem overcame that with new rpm speed sensor now runs great problem is key does not shut machine down turn lock is ingaged and dash lights are always on I had this machine running and moving before replacing second section of harness and it spun then where about should I start shutoff motor works and relay is good
