Maybe because he was covered in blood and gore and on first impression appeared that he was a dead man walking.

Years ago when I was an EMT the doctor at the hospital used to frequently chastise paramedics for sending car accident victims on a helicopter to a major trauma center, when all that was wrong with them was glass cut their eyebrow, leading to the appearance of major injuries. He called it the "bloody head syndrome".

I am sure the local kebab stores, asian and european restaurants, scottish haggis makers along with aussie pie makers and US franchise fast food outlets would clean it up quickly. :D :D

Have been involved in a few family farm chicken slaughters
Seems like the guts package swells as removed so may have only been a few to tens of thousand in the gut bucket!
