Good afternoon everyone
I recently rented a new (160hrs on it) bobcat MT85. It was all going well, and on the last pass for the night, the hillside gave way and the bobcat fell on its side, bit a white smoke came out and it shut off.
After about 2hrs, we were able to get it back upright, although it is on the hill slope still, with no way to get it to level ground.
The bobcat will not start, and will not crank over.
I have checked the batter with a volt meter, it reads 12.03, and I do have a mobile battery jumper box that I tried, thinking maybe it just needed that little bit of extra kick, but it still won't start.
It looks like most of the fluid that spilled out was the last bit of diesel fuel, and I think some hydraullic fluid, although I am not 100% sure on that.
I have added more fuel to it, found the "grenade air pump" thing that was mentioned in the manual, and bled out any air in the system, as far as I can tell.
Unfortunately the company that I rented this from isn't open on the weekends, so I am hoping that someone on here can maybe give a few ideas to try to get this thing started.
Thanks in advance
