Recently replaced right hand joystick. Trying to do something at lefthand joystick.question is there is only one button on it. And wire broken connected nowhere. Wonder if I can get 2 speed working since it is so slow now. Found a wire diagram. Anybody have a experience to get 2 speed work?thanks

Bought some dt connector from amazon. As diagram shows pin 7 and pin 8 r for 2 speed. Will it work if I put a toggle switch for pin 7 and pin 8?

The missing button you pictured looks to be the horn switch, which is consistent with the loose wires shown. If machine is fitted with two-speed there should be a button on the front of the joystick. If not, it wasn't optioned from factory. I'm guessing you'll need Cat ET and factory passwords to turn this feature on inside the ECM. For the sake of a jumper wire and switch it might be worth trying, but don't like your chances. The two speed switch itself looks like it's just a momentum switch between the wire numbers you mentioned.

thanks Chrisso and Nige. Gave it a try yesterday, put a toggle switch between pin 7 and pin8. Started engine and machine was not moving, then figured hydraulic oil is low. Turned off engine and didn’t touch toggle switch. This morning put more hydraulic oil. And engine didn’t crank at all. Now I am scratching my head and got confused...

No problem... Sounds like this machine has a few issues unrelated to the original post. Best start with the basics first, battery power, charging, etc... and as Nige said, post up your S/N and we'll tell you if machine had factory 2-speed or not. Let us know what you find.
