G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Your Codes all appear to be related to the DPF requiring cleaning.

2461-5 - ARD Fuel Pressure #1 Control : Current Below Normal. This Code can be cleared by a successful forced regeneration. Note: The key must be off for a minimum of 30 seconds before restarting the engine to make the forced regeneration.
E995-2 - High DPF #1 Soot Loading. The ECM shuts down the engine when this code becomes active for the first time. The engine can be started and operated. Engine power is gradually derated or maximum rpm will be lowered as the soot load increases.
E1239-1 - DPF #1 Conditions Not Met for Active Regeneration. The operator did not allow enough time for regeneration to occur. The operator must respond when the DPF lamp is illuminated. The operator must allow the engine to idle until the soot load is reduced to 50 percent. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for information on performing a manual regeneration.

EDIT: HMC must have been posting at the same time I was .........

If the 2461-5 is active then I'm pretty sure it won't do a regen, forced or otherwise.

These J1939 emissions controllers don't act like "traditional" Cat CDL ECMs. If a fault occurs, it immediately sets an active code but, unlike a CDL code, even when you fix the problem the code remains "active" until the power is cycled off and on, then the active code disappears and becomes a logged code.

This is a huge PITA because
A) You don't know if your repair was successful until you cycle power and
B) Each time you cycle power, you have to wait for ET to reconnect.

It threw me in a loop the first few times I tried troubleshooting them until I figured out what was going on.

Do what we used to do and power the Comms Adapter externally instead of using machine power. We made up a harness with a pair of croc clips and used a 12V motorcycle battery to run the CA. Originally we did it so that we could flash ECM's in the office.
That way when you power the machine down the CA remains powered, the time taken to reconnect after key on is no more than a few seconds.

Interesting idea. I always thought that ET finds the CA almost immediately then fannies about for ages working out all the machine ECMs. I might give it a try.

It would be interesting to see what sort of power the CA consumes and if it's not too much, toy with the idea of a small battery pack velcroed to it.
