d5g drive coupler replace

Hi i believe i lost the drive coupler as i have no charge psi and nothing at the sample port. I looked at the procedure is sis and they show lowering pump through belly pan. The dealer is telling me i need to remove engine. Wondering if anyone has any experience with the pump removal. thanks and s/n is wgb03277

It’s easier to pull the engine and less chance of contaminating the hydraulic system.
