bucket tilting down

my dealer told me several years ago to to replace 12 13 14 and 33. This was for the bucket tilting. I just replaced one and still have the same problem. Has anyone run across this?valve.JPG

You replaced the load checks which can cause a drift to some degree, but it evidently isnt the problem. Check the cylinder packing on BOTH cylinders.
