Agreed, went to find part numbers for a skid steer yesterday before calling the dealer and found the New and Improved website.
Some idiot decided that what we had that worked well for years needed changing. Obviously those that decided to change it have never worked on equipment and needed to find parts.
Ordered my parts from my local case dealer and they said it is a Piece of Crap also.
They are getting a lot of bad feedback from others also.

I just wonder if it was someone's lame brained idea to make part numbers unavailable to us peons to prevent us from obtaining those numbers and going somewhere other than CNH for parts.
The only alternative is to obtain the old parts books for each machine you need them for.
Either in .pdf format or the real printed books.
Thank goodness there are a lot people scanning and copying them and are making them available to the masses.
One thing that irks me is how they have separated the backhoes from the tractors they came on.

I honestly have no problems with the site. I can find parts for each of models and send the list to my dealer if need be. It will also tell you if the part is available or not

I edited your post to address the unavailable parts.
Many, many of those discontinued parts they no longer list are available in the aftermarket sector.
A good example is bushings.
The old parts book not only would display and show the part number but, and here is the best part -- it would give the dimensions of that bushing in millimeters or inches.
