Hi, I have an SK75UR-2 YR03796
I am looking for a shop manual that tells me where to hook up my pressure gauges and what my pressures should be.
It has started having issues killing the engine when pressure is applied against the bucket, (i.e trying to dig). I believe I am having relief valve issues, but would like to check it out. Thanks.

manual sent you.

Any idea if it’s possible to operate a sk100-3 without any electronics? Got one that’s been shorted out pretty badly and can’t find a harness for it.

1) are you having trouble searching for new o.e.m., remanufactured, reconditioned, or new aftermarket replacement parts?
2) is your machine acting up and not running the way it should?
3) do you require help pin-pointing the root cause of the problem?
4) do you have any unanswered questions?
5) are you looking for manuals specific to your model and by serial number?

please post your topics here. i will do my best to help out.
as i am also sure and gladly invite the other experienced kobelco mechanics on this forum to ring in with advice as well!

thank-you!
:)

Hi how many hours on the machine. When was the last time an A-adjustment was carried out on machine. Have you checked pump pressure with gauges, if you have and all pressures are with in spec I suggest you carry out an A-adjustment

Worn seals in the swivel joint is the most likely cause. But to be sure pressure test it or swap the hoses if possible. If it has pipes then the first option is the only one.

Year 2000 serial no LL08 should be a - 6 machine but please post a picture of machine including a picture of the hydraulic pumps to be sure. Also carry out cycle times on all functions so we can figure out if problem is isolated to just track or if you have a problem with the pump driving that track. Could be something as simple as faulty pump sensor but cycle times will confirm this
