Got a price from a local repair shop for $22k for a Doosan solar 225 LC-V. ITR components. Includes the following
32" track/chain group 49 links
4 carrier rollers
18 bottom rollers
2 idler AS(whatever that means)lol
2 sport
seal kits for tack adj
pistons for track adj if needed
including freight/sales tax/labor.
this a good price? I'm not a price chiseling guy and i know they need to make money. Just putting feelers out there if thats a fair #

Seems reasonable. I just had a quote done up for a Komatsu Pc220LC-7 and it was around $20k (Canadian) but that was just for parts only. You can save some $ if you can reuse your pads as those were the most expensive item ($8k).

My pads are like bologna skins lol. Just about down to the pad bolt. A parts only price if i remember correctly was around $18k US. Not sure how'd that would compare to Canadian $$, I have no idea what the exchange rate is. Anyway thanks for giving me your opinion.

Having the pads properly torqued in the track press is worth paying a few hundred bucks extra for. Idler AS is likely idler assembly complete with mounting blocks. Sounds not too unreasonable. They may have included a little extra time for broken bolts, etc.
