It mostly depends on the type of ground you are running on. You operator is also a big factor. How many miles in reverse? How much time in third gear? Does it have a PAT blade or a straight with push arms. It used to be we figured around 3,200 hours was normal. Now days with better materials in the chains, I've seen them run longer sometimes.
