So we hauled our brand new TL8 3hrs to our property in GA to do some land clearing/cleaning. Used it, parked it under the shed came back 2 weeks later and it won't start. Its backed into the shed and has a 7' xtreme brush cutter attached to the front of it and is on gravel. Have checked battery, have checked fuses, have confirmed power to the starter, but will not turn over at all. No error codes. It never even tries to start. Its got to be the starter or solenoid.

We are in middle of nowhere. Dealer will send someone up, but have to pay for time to get there and concerned if person would be able to actually work on it with where its parked and such. Who has moved one of these track loaders that is dead? Any tricks or tips? Trying to get onto trailer to get it back to civilization. We cannot locate a mobile mechanic so really feeling like getting back home is the best answer.

Also anyone know if you can release the hydraulic pins on these units to try to deattach the mower on front of the machine?

Is the park brake switch in the correct position?
Does it have a quick coupler and if so is it in the lock position? I'm betting on the park brake switch.

Are all the switches and controls for aux and working hydraulics in neutral? It seems that something safety wise is preventing it from starting. or it simply could be a failed starter or something to that effect.

Maybe a dumb thought, but if it's brand new, could it be an intermittent bad ground strap due to paint/powder coat in an area that needs to be clean?
I'm thinking main battery ground or a large "chassis" ground?
My rattled brain is just remembering the electrical gremlins on old ford pickups that magically got fixed by cleaning the ground.

Firstly go up the ladder at the dealer until its fixed
Make sure to ask if the machine has remote diagnostics
Make sure your doing all the right things to get it started means its new you may miss a step like the seat belt or armrests Start another one at the dealer just to make double sure
