Can someone tell me the procedure for pulling the codes out of the on board diagnostics? Thanks

Codes
E361-2 ECM detects engine cooling issue - Derates
E361-3 Engine gets hot and shuts off
E396-2 High fuel rail pressure - Derates
E398-2 Low fuel rail pressure - Derates
These codes have recently come up. The machine is derating. The radiator is clean. The fan is functioning. Changed the thermostat and temp sensor. We cleared all the codes with or laptop (not E Tech) Could anyone give me help on diagnosing and repairing these issues. Thanks for all your input over the years.

Can you start with a Serial Number please. It makes it easier to look up information.
So you have the two in your photos plus which of the other ones mentioned above.?
3547-03 is a problem in the circuit for the water detection switch on the fuel filter bowl.
E283-3 is a low charge pressure event but in order to go any further the machine S/N is required.
