They were a nice scraper for fine grading. My complaints were the power take drive line to elevator restricted turning and had to be gentle engaging.Hydraulics could have been a little stronger.I think this might be straight 760.A models I was around had a ROPS and power shift.I had a 71 model .Not as rugged as a 613 but nice for waterways and finish work.

The one I ran had a ROPS also and powershift. I recall having to be carefull turning also. All in all though was always a fun day running it for me. I think I was around 25 or so nobody around all day just moving fill for a trailer park extension. The boss would fuel it up before I got there and leave a tube of grease with it. On fridays I would leave my time sheet on the seat Monday or tuesday My paycheck would be there with the tube of grease. good times. Steve

With no cab, it could be a 5010. The 5010 scraper was based on the 5010 farm tractor. IIRC, it was introduced in 1962 and last made in 1965. The subsequent model was the 760, and was based on the 5020 tractor.

My first thought when I looked at the photo was there's an ag tractor hiding under that bodywork. Many early construction machines were designed using a lot of ag parts. Good call!!
