Hope that comes with instructions! At least something better than the grandkid's Legos!

Just wondering if Cat tosses in a few extra parts like the Lego kits always do?

Nope. Back to the same place where I was previously. Since I left there 5+ years ago they'd cut staff to the bone and didn't have anyone spare to work with the assembly team. On top of the 994 there are six 789's and a couple of Hitachi's coming, all of which have to be put together by the end of the year. So I'm back as an outside contractor rather than a drect employee.

The instructions could've been written by a left-handed chimp from what i can see. Made I larf ........ Fortunately it's not the first rodeo I've been to. We'll get them screwed together one way or another.

The truck threw me off in pic #2 on post #2. Import from North America to a little farther south I reckon?

Good luck and be careful with all the crap going around.
Maybe it's just me but TBH I feel safer on a mine site where I'm relatively solated and everyone else around me follows the rules religiously (because failure to comply will get them fired) than they tend to do out in the wider society. Instead of living in town like I used to I'm living in the camp on site. I get accomodated, fed, laundry done etc, etc and I have no reason (or desire) to step out of the gate unless it's to go to the airport.

All that in four months? They must be paying well. Do you need any help?

There will be more than one machine being assembled at a time. The 789's are coming in 2 batches of 3. Assembling a chassis is probably about 6 days work. There should be sufficient manpower & craneage to build 3 at a time. 994 12 days or so, Hitachi about 14 days.

I pity anyone who ever has to change a cooler on this once it's installed up to the rear frame firewall ......
