Almost, floor pan(including mount horns) and firewall/cowl different, a few controls set up and wiring harness different where typical cross overs are rockers, doors, dash and some heater hardware, switches, glass except back glass and for some stupid reason W/S wiper arms

I had a similar truck with a 366, swapped in a 6.2 diesel, went down in power, but probably gained 5x fuel mileage. Biggest problem was the truck had air brakes, had to fabricate mounts and pulleys for the air compressor.
Overall it worked well, was pretty slow, but would run all day on 5 gallons of fuel.
