Z45/25J Turntable Speed

I Have a Z45/25J 12A-44375 that when you swing the boom it seems to go to fast. This happens when the boom is raised or in the stowed position and is the same at the platform or body controls. I have made sure the boom speed control is on creep position. When you are 20-30 feet up it scares the heck out of me. Any ideas?
