Tonawanda 366, is it different than older 366

I was looking at a 91 Chev C6500 and it had a 366 fuel injected engine. On the valve cover it said Tonawanda Engine.
My question: Is that the same engine as the old tall block 366 in the older trucks, or is more like a 454, or a cheaper built engine.

They are just telling you it was made at the Tonawanda, NY engine plant....iirc big block engines were always made there. Should be the same as the old 366's

in '91 would that not have been a GENV engine like the newer 454 and 502? i thought the older engines were MKIV with some minor differences between the two. i had a small block and a W engine with tonawanda stickers on the valve covers
