Tonawanda 366, is it different than older 366

I was looking at a 91 Chev C6500 and it had a 366 fuel injected engine. On the valve cover it said Tonawanda Engine.
My question: Is that the same engine as the old tall block 366 in the older trucks, or is more like a 454, or a cheaper built engine. 366.JPG

in '91 would that not have been a GENV engine like the newer 454 and 502? i thought the older engines were MKIV with some minor differences between the two. i had a small block and a W engine with tonawanda stickers on the valve covers
