I will be asking first thing if any business I use if there is a Co-Vid 19 user fee tacked on and if there is I will cancel my appointment immediately....As a consumer we get Ripped off enough now with High prices all the time....I rarely go out to eat at a restaurant anymore because it is too expensive on an OAP's salary.....I'm glad I have a woman who can cut my hair even though I hardly have any to cut......LOL

Repair shops always charge for shop supplies and it's often a percentage of the bill. If salons and other business have to buy PPE and disinfectants in order to be open, should they just eat the cost of these items that have to be used constantly between clients? My sister has a salon and spent over 5K getting plexiglass screens, masks, disinfectants and other supplies that weren't previously required. She will not be doing any blow drying because it could possibly spread a virus. What makes it OK for repair shops charging $160/hr.+ to tack on extra fee's for shop supplies on top of the labour rate that should be already covering shop supplies? Paying a couple bucks extra isn't that big of a deal.
