Dozer wont turn off

I have a 2010 Cat D5K SN YYY01001 4200 hrs. Cranks fine but wont turn off when dash key turned off. When it does it throttle and controls don't work either but dash still works. Can turn engine off by pulling "stop" fuse or turning master key off. Any ideas to get me pointed in the right direction?
