Bobcat 753 won't move or lift with no BICS lights for trac or valve

Hello everyone, this is my first post but not my first visit to your forum. Seems this is the best location for all sorts of information on this Bobcat. My problem is similar to many other threads in that mine won't move but I don't get any flashing lights on the BICS controller, all lights come on green except the valve and traction lights. Power, seat bar and system activated lights all come on. I'm pretty sure there is something rather simple but I am having the hardest time finding any good service information to help me with this issue. If anyone has a service manual that would be greatly appreciated and helpful I'm sure. My serial number is 512721019 and all the manuals I've even tried to buy seem to be missing my range. I really just need to know what sensors are needed to activate those two circuits to unlock and the BICS to allow me to use the machine. This machine is new to me but has lots of hours and has been sitting for years, all maintenance is up to date and it has a new battery which seems to have good connections. Thanks!

I'm not a bobcat guy but here's what I think I know... Some can flash codes on little lights in left had control. Not sure if that applys to yours. The fact there both not coming on and not flashing should mean something to someone...
I don't have any books on any this small. When testing don't go jumping power these can be sensitive machines in them regards. I'm not sure if they use reduced voltage or there pwm but they don't like battery power. Hopefully someone more helpful comes along

753 was a long running series, is it a C, F or G series machine?

I’m a little unsure as to whether it is a c, f, or g. Seems almost impossible to get the serial number decoded! From what info I’ve read it’s most likely a f. Definitely not a g. Don’t even know what year it is! It has rectangular lights in front with no boss control on the right side just gages. I put the serial number in the front post if that helps at all.

I would check the seat sensor,if it still uses one.Its possible it has been deleted,bobcat sells a delete kit.I would lift the cab and see if the seat sensor is connected if it is then i would assume it still uses the seat sensor,If so make sure wires ,plug ect. are ok. I would try starting machine and slowly move the seat sensor around and see if you can get all the green lights to come on,if they do secure the sensor when lights come on(I want to say if your bics controller is green instead of black it has the seat sensor delete kit.)

The easiest way to tell a C and an F series is the rear door. The C series has a two piece fabricated/welded rear door, bottom portion is orange with second piece bolted to the upper part of the door painted black. The F series has a one piece stamped steel rear door, all orange except some had a black stripe where the work lights are mounted. I've posted a pic of a C series rear door.

If you have a C or F series the BICS controller should be mounted on the bulkhead behind and next to the seat. Are any of the LED lights on the BICS controller flashing when it won't operate properly?
