Hi all, hoping someone has some knowledge of this. Having a issue when boom is extended up past around 40 degrees with load. Machine is in park with e-brake activated. I have not pin pointed exactly how to duplicate it but it happens often. When extended i will try to tilt machine a little to the left, but what happens is the rear tilt cylinder stays put and the front cylinder works which causes the first right tire to come off of ground. In order to fix i have to boom back down below say 40 degrees which in return causes machine to jerk back down until front tire reaches the ground. Also, i hear a pressure relief sound in rear cylinder when front tire comes back to ground. I'm thinking something with stabil-trak but not sure. Thanks for any suggestions!

From what you're describing, it sounds like it's just the StabilTrak system working as designed (in Locked Mode). Full description of how it functions is in the operators manual.

Thanks i did read through manual and it said this for locked mode. (Boom raised above 40° and vehicle stopped with service brake on, or park brake switch engaged, or transmission in neutral. Solenoids 1, 2, 5, and 6 de-energized and solenoids 3 and 4 energized. Rear axle is locked. If the frame is tilted, the cylinders are slaved and tilt speed is slowed by .029 orifices.) But, my front cylinder is working and rear cylinder is not doing anything. Maybe its normal??
