Replace the hour meter (if that’s what you’re asking)
There was a thread on here not too long ago about the keypad on the other side going out. I think somewhere in that thread a company was mentioned that could possible repair them. You might look for that and see if they can do anything with that small lcd screen on the left side. Other than that, keep watching ebay. They pop up for sale sometimes from salvage machines.
