I am going to keep bugging you guys. I appreciate all the information you have given so far. For those of you leasing ground for your crushing operations, how do you structure your lease agreements as far as pay and length of contract. Assume the rock is of good quality. Keep in mind in our area the rock shelves are not very thick (8'-12') so we cover alot of acres.
