If it’s been sitting for years the trans pump may be dry and not sucking up the oil from the sump. Make sure the trans is full first and maybe remove the suction screen under cover 9 clean it and pour oil in it to help pump prime. Screenshot_20200212-065556.png

I might go ahead and block it up like Welder Dave suggested while I'm troubleshooting it.
