Does anyone have a chart showing the equivalent lubricants for a Case 580? What fluid goes in the transmission? Hydraulic system, brake, rear end and etc. that I can get from the local Farm store?

Most well regarded oil companies will have all the information you need on their websites.

Keep in mind that a 580k is not a 580...

There's about 20 yrs difference.

Be very careful what you put in the rear end, your wet brakes are sensitive. BTW, your brake fluid is the same as your rearend oil

On the right hand side of the engine is a dip stick that runs backward towards the transmission. It looks a little low. Say a pint? to fill??? What fluid goes there? Dextron II?

That's the power shuttle oil level.
Checked with the engine idling.

If it's red, it's Dexron. Many people use it. It's not the best for a long life.
If it's yellow, it should be a 10W transmission oil - a far better choice.
- don't mix the Dexron & the SAE10W

(Case specify their TCH or Hy-Trans Ultra.)

I just remembered, you have a 580K
Like @mitch504 said - the rear axle requires a special oil which includes wet brake additive - which you can only buy from CNH
