Hello, I have a 2018 Bobcat S570, did a full service on it and left it in the shop overnight to tidy it up and clean it. Another employee tried to start it without having the fuel system primed now it wont start. I have primed it multiple times and have fuel at the injectors, had a code for a rail pressure fault, anyone have some advice?

I would think it would be under warrenty being that new. call the nearest bobcat dealer parts department. those people will help you. I am wondering if that alarm is keeping your shutoff valve closed.

I'll have to check, that's possible. But it did try to fire and has some exhaust smoke and for a bit around 500RPM too.

if its trying to fire then your safety devices must be working okay. It sounds like the fuel system isn't purged all the way. sometimes they really are hard to get purged. I had same problem on my bobcat 743b as it would try but just wouldn't go and finally I gave it a good shot of either and it fired right up and has ran great every since. do you have a block heater. getting the motor real warm will help.

So tried the ether with no luck, had bobcat come out and look at it if you pull off the high pressure rail sensor, and crank itll clear out the air and after that it cleared right up with no problem, thanks for the help!
