Bucket opinions

looking at a newer bucket for ex200 sized hitachi. Need a 2 foot bucket. Found a Strickland bucket. Didn’t know what everyone’s opinions were of these. Needing it for trenching and some tree removal. Says it’s a gp bucket. Thanks for any help

When you say 'tree removal' do you mean digging and prying on the stump and roots or something else? a general purpose bucket is fine for regular digging, trenching and stuff like that but once you start prying and wedging hard on things like stumps you might have some bending issues.

Another thing you have to ask yourself is what kind of material you have. A 2' gp bucket on a 200 will be more like a paddle once its packed full of clay

We have all esco buckets just wanting to know about the quality of the Strickland compared to a bucket like an esco

Our dealer puts Strickland on almost all of their hoes and everybody likes them. I have a 48” on my 210 with a main pin thumb and I couldn’t ask for any better. The Stricklands have built in side cutters which are nice. They’re not too big and they get the job done.
